Since people on here like posting pictures of their old hotwheels, I'll share my 1967 Silhouette. It's an original, not a remake. If I'm not mistaken, HotWheels remade their classics in the mid 90s. I believe I had some of those as a kid. I just love the funky design of this, and the faded purple color.

Much cooler than the Silhouette that some other Oppos were probably raised around

I'm sorry to hear that you were driven around in that. How are you alive?

Oh, not me. I got driven around in a '74 Datson 620. No seatbelts, shop rags for wipers, all the bells and whistles!

You must have cool parents.

I had poor parents, but we had fun. We also had a '64 800 tow truck, a '77 Malibu dirt track racer and a manual '84 Voyager. I think the Voyager was the first car we bought new; otherwise every vehicle was purchased for under $1000

Sure go ahead. I just found out today that there actually is a sub-blog for it. What does HWEP stand for? Hot Wheels Exchange Program?
